Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading. Not preventable on Delta's part. The seats are becoming worn and detaching from their velcro attachments.
No complaints, it was excellent. I suspect i caught flu on this flight as i could hear someone coughing a few rows back and ended up with flu a few days later. Also tiresome to have to watch movies on my device by holding up smartphone screen, would have liked to have in seat display. Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable.
Only to discover the gentleman was looking at the wrong boarding pass. She gave me back my ticket with no apology. She then was curt with another man who was putting his coat in the overhead bin, already helped by another flight attendant who said it was fine. She realizes it's ok and then asks him if he drinks.
I felt scam to have to pay $50 additional for my carry on luggage which was free for my other airline. Plane was late because of a mechanical malfunction and the food listed as available was not. Flight attendants seem over worked and under paid. And that can be seen in their faces. Seats in first class on the E175 recline too far back.
For American I always have to connect from the end of terminal E to the end of terminal B and the stupid moving walkways are always broken. And the flights to all seem of least importance so they never leave on time in either direction. Better than I expected but I did pay for a seat and carry on bags ahead of time. Enjoyed the experience, on time flights, friendly staff the WiFi was intros d kept cutting out.
My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day. It wasn’t as horrible as I would have expected, however, to not provide water and change so much for bags is a ripoff to say the least. Didn’t make the connecting flight due to a delay on our first flight.
